The Maintenance Shop offers rekeying
of existing locks to your home, apartment, or
business with new keys cut at your location.
If you need a lock replaced, or a hole drilled for a
new lock, we will do that to. How many times
have you been locked out of a rental property
because the tenants didn't turn in their keys?

are very competitive to other locksmiths so give us

If you have a brand new home and the contractor has
construction keyed it which disables his key when
you use yours it would still be in your best
interest to re-key all of your locks.
Have you ever lost the lock box code to your master
lock or Supra key safe? If it happens don't
panic. The Maintenance Shop can
probably open them for you without damage to the
locks if they look similar to the ones pictured below. 
Sometimes the Master locks can be opened in just a
few minutes but the Supra (on the right) can take
considerably longer. Please call if you have
any questions and don't worry about security; even
most professional locksmiths don't know how to open
these particular locks without damage.
