We swept throught six zip codes in Boise for sprinkler blowouts on Saturday and finished all by one because the shuto-off valves could not be located. We still have more sprinkler blowouts in a few additional zip codes in Boise, but we will get to them all; we always do.
Our list of remaining sprinkler blowouts is getting smaller by the day, and we aren't getting saturated with as many new requests. We currently have 76 of 486 sprinkler blowouts left to do. Hopefully we will get 14 more sprinkler blowouts so we can reach this year's goal of 500 blowouts.
As it does every year, any new requests for sprinkler blowouts on the 10th and later will have a base price of $40 for up to 8 zones. We have to charge more for new ones after that point because we generally have to travel further between sprinkler blowouts since there are not as many to do.
Sunday we will be doing sprinkler blowouts in Eagle, and with only 10 currently on the Eagle list, we hope to finish them all. Monday we will be back in Meridian again most likely in the 83642 zip code.
