Oops It Happened Again

Another interesting day in sprinkler blowouts.  Made it to Melba and finished a sprinkler blowout and then headed to Emmett.  At the top of the hill going down into Emmett the tire on my compressor felt the need to burst, again.  If anyone knows the area, it is not a good place to be stranded.  I came very close to getting run over a few times while inspecting the damage, and also traffic flying by my truck.  I creeped down the hill on the side of the road trying to make it to a large gravel and dirt area where I could actually get out without getting run over.  I called Les Schwab, (again), and they came out to greet me with a new tire and rim.  Turns out the tire they sold me the other day was a turf tire, like for golf carts, and not designed for my compressor.  In fact it states on the tire "not intended for highway use."  Les Schwab got me fixed up quickly and I was on my way, after waiting more than an hour.  It appears that I am not getting charged for the old tire or the new one with a new rim.  I never look a gift horse in the mouth, but this seems like a good thing.

That being said, we didn't finish Star like I had hoped.  Therefore we are going to finish a handful we have in Star and then head over to Kuna today.  I doubt it that Kuna will be finished today, so any that aren't will be finished the first part of Saturday.  Then off to the Meridian 83646.

We originally started in the Meridian 83646, so this will be our second round.  Next up will be the Meridian 83642, Boise 83709, Boise 83713, and Garden City, and then back to Boise again.
