Sprinkler Blowouts Continue In The Meridian 83646

Today's Rant

As most of you have read before, I have a LOT of happy customers who tend to not leave us a review, but get an unhappy customer, and they tell the world.  I just received a bad review on Google because she was sent a non-cancellation charge of $25 as stated in the terms of service.  She paid the invoice, but then left a bad review on Google with untrue information that I can prove to be false.  All I can say to that is my attorney will be in touch with her on Monday morning……… If you are going to leave a bad review, be truthful.  Don't embelish to make your complaint sound better.  I have evidence to back up everything from the proof of agreement, I.P. address, date and time the form was filled out, all text conversations, recorded phone conversations, and I take pictures of every blowout I do that shows the date and time it was done.  If you are not truthful, unfortunately there will be consequences.

It is quite sad that the only time I get a complaint is when someone didn't follow the information as stated on our site and in the terms of service, and it ends up costing them in one way or another.  Yep, my fault they can't read……….  Do I sound a little agitated?  If you would like to leave a Google review, you can do so here: http://www.treasurevalleyrepairs.com/blog/39ak

Now Back To Sprinkler Blowouts

I was able to take care of all the sprinkler blowouts on my route yesterday except for two.  One because I couldn't find the main valve, (customer found it and informed me where it is for my next pass through his neighborhood), and one on Tipton I could not do because both gates were locked or otherwise blocked so I couldn't get through.  Guess it doesn't matter how many times I ask for access.

Today I will be in the 83646 again and hope to take care of 23 of what is currently on my route, but a lot depends on whether I can get the access I need, if payments are ready, and if I can find everything I need to take care of the blowout.  There are currently only 57 left in the Meridian 83646, so at the most I will need two more trips after this one to complete them.  I hope to be stopping new requests on December 2 for all areas.

I am down to my last 250 or so sprinkler blowouts which I estimate to be completed in 12-13 days.  Then I am going to take a much needed rest………

Here is the route for today.  Click on the image for a larger view.
