property management companies, The Maintenance Shop
is now offering home inspections. With 23+
years in the home repair and remodeling industry our
trained eyes may spot concerns that others miss.
In 24 hours or less from the end of the inspection
you will get a polished, easy to understand report
complete with color photographs of our findings.
The final report can be printed and mailed, faxed,
or emailed as a pdf document. By request, the
report and a picture slideshow can also be placed on
a CD at no additional charge. Since every
property is different in some way, the list below is
to be used as an example of what we inspect.
Cost of the inspection varies, but is usually
calculated by square footage of the home.
