The Maintenance Shop will get your rental property
ready to go for the
next tenant as quickly as possible. We know
that every day a rental is left vacant is earnings
gone forever. You can rely on us to thoroughly
inspect the premises inside and out for hazards,
damages, or just normal wear and tear. We will
then, with your authorization make any needed repairs
to get the property ready to rent. During this
time we highly suggest that you let us rekey the
locks for safety, security, and liability reasons.
We will take care of your work orders as well.
Just give us tenant contact information and we will
take it from there. Of course, all repairs are
as scheduling permits, but we do our best to take
care of emergencies right away.
Too busy to do your move-in/move-out inspections?
Don't have time to do exterior "drive-by"
inspections? Let us do that for you.
From our experience if the exterior of the property
is not being kept up by your tenants then the inside
probably isn't either and it wouldn't hurt to do a
full inspection of the premises. We will take
digital photos inside and out of any problem areas
we discover. Normal wear and tear will be
noted and If there is a safety concern or potential
or existing serious maintenance issue we will let
you know right away.
On our invoices you will see labor and materials
itemized as well as marked as to whether we, in our
professional opinion think a particular charge
should be billed back to the tenant or as a charge
to the owner. |
