We ran into some system issues in Eagle yesterday doing sprinkler blowouts, but still managed to complete 14 out of our current list of 26 customers. At one location we had to cut off a pipe to be able to attach and blow it out. We will be installing a vacuum breaker for them in the spring to get rid of the old anti-siphon device currently in place. Since we were working in Eagle, we made a trip to Horseshoe Bend to take care of a single sprinkler blowout. While there we discovered that the roof vents on the home were plastic, and had several cracks and holes in them. After sprinkler blowouts are over we will be visiting that house again to replace the warn out plastic vents with black galvanized metal vents to match the roof.
We have 12 sprinkler blowouts left in Eagle to do at the present time, so if they get finished before the day is out we will most likely try to finish the remainder of the day in the Meridian 83646 since it is the closest to Eagle with a substantial amount of sprinkler blowouts to do.
At this time we are still planning to work sprinkler blowouts in the Boise 83716 zip code on Friday. Saturday sprinkler blowouts will most likely be in the Boise 83706 zip code. We are trying hard to finish up our first round in Boise so we can continue on to Nampa, Caldwell, and other surrounding areas.
