All customers who are on city or well water who requested a sprinkler system start-up by the end of the day Saturday should all be completed by the end of the day on Tuesday. There are some customers who listed "city" on their forms, but from doing over 10,000 sprinkler blowouts, I know these areas to be on pressurized irrigation. We will start on sprinkler system start-ups for those on pressurized irrigation when we are certain the areas we will be working in are at full pressure. While waiting for the areas to pressurize, we will do any needed repairs on city water systems, and any of the other repair requests that come in.
If you have chosen Package "C" for your sprinkler system start-up, please make sure we have access to your sprinkler timer if you will not be available at the time of service. If we do not have access to the timer when we arrive, your request will be converted to Package "B". Incidentally, those who chose Package "B", and we are unable to find or have access to valve boxes your request will be converted to Package "A", which is for turning on the water only from the main valve.
