Twice in the last three days we wasted a LOT of time driving to an address that didn't exist, or the house did exist, but the occupants had no idea what we were doing there. It is a major liability for me to go onto someone's property where I have not been invited. Yesterday I circled a block in Eagle for almost 20 minutes trying to find an address that didn't exist. After a long wait, I was finally able to get hold of the customer and found the address was one digit off. What should have ended with a 9 was an 8. That takes a lot of time away from serving other customers. The confirmation email received after signing up for a sprinkler blowout states, Below is a copy of what you submitted. On a happier note, I noticed that a request came in last night that was followed by an email with corrected information.
Eagle was a nightmare at first, some system issues combined with not being able to find an address threw me way behind schedule and I BARELY finished my current Eagle list before it was pitch dark. That was cutting it close……
Today I will be doing sprinkler blowouts in the Boise 83704 zip code. There are currently 23 in the area to do, which will be really tough unless the entire day goes smooth without issues. Please make sure gates are accessible, valve boxes can be located, timer access if valve box location is unknown, and if paying by check, please make checks to "The Maintenance Shop." The credit card application is still not functioning correctly on my phone, ($%$@#@^&) and I have been on the phone with the service provider, and do not know when it will be fixed. If you need to pay by credit card, I will send an invoice through email that can be paid online.
I am sad to say that I already have several customers who have not paid their invoices yet that will unfortunately have a lien placed on the property as outlined in our terms of service. I hate it when that happens, not only because it takes time I do not have to spend, but I really do like to get paid for my services……..
