It is finally here! Sprinkler blowouts!! This has been a quick year for us. Seems like we were just doing start-ups a few weeks ago.
Make sure to check the calendar on our site for our schedule. I highly expect that the info on our calendar will have to change at some point, and probably several times for that matter as we deal with system issues, road construction, etc.
We have three machines ready to go, but will only be running two for the next few days while Jesse gets a new front end on his truck.
For the next three days we will be in the Meridian 83646, and then spend a few days in the Meridian 83642. We always start in Meridian because over 30% of all the blowouts we receive in a season are from Meridian.
Our routes may be a little messed up for the first week or so as we deal with irrigation systems being shut down for the season. We are ready to boogie but several areas with pressurized irrigation still have water. That being said, we may run into several today we can’t do because water is still flowing. Our goal is to get 50-60 complete in a day once we have all machines up, but until irrigation is totally shut down around the valley it will slow us down.
That being said, below are two images of where we will be today. If we run into an area that still has water we will come back at another time.
You’ve referenced the calendar in a couple of posts, but I don’t find any links for it, and I don’t find it in the “sprinkler blowouts” category. Am I just missing it?
I know you’ll be going full-speed ahead starting now, so you may not have time to look at this, but I thought I’d mention it. I’d hate to see you spending time to update a calendar if nobody knows where to find it.

Kelly, we have had a LOT of people view our calendar. We have put the link in several locations. The link is located at the bottom of the sprinkler blowout sign-up page, our sprinkler systems repair page, and our sprinkler blowout page.
Hi Steven – I finally found the calendar link. My problem was that I was in your blog (which I access via RSS feed) rather than from your main TVR website. I was trying to find the calendar via the blog links, which was why I was not able to find it.
Well, that explains a lot. Thank you for the information. It won’t help much if it is hard to find. Jacob or I should be to your place late today, or early Thursday morning.
