Even with only three rigs out on Friday, we knocked out 70 blowouts, which is fantastic since on a good day four machines can do 80 or so. One of the guys ran the “Green Machine” out of gas and had to stop earlier than expected, but fortunately “Leroy” could come to the rescue and finish his last two. I warned all the guys that you can’t let diesel run dry or it is extremely difficult to get them running again. So I spent all day Saturday with some help to actually take a bunch of stuff apart to get to the “goods” underneath to bleed the fuel lines. Not my idea of fun since I don’t like messing with anything automotive, but we were in a time crunch.
Today’s routes are going to be a little weird because the tech that runs “Leroy” has a doctor’s appointment he can’t miss around noon, so will be sending him out afterward unless he knocks a few out close to our office in Meridian 83646 that have been waiting longer than anyone else.
“Orange Julius” will be all over the place tomorrow to take care of sprinkler blowouts in outer areas so I can shut them down. We charge more for blowouts in the outer areas, but would really like to stay within a 20-mile radius of our office when at all possible. So “Orange Julius” will be running our normal Caldwell route first and then heading to Notus, Parma, Fruitland, Emmett, Marsing, and then Melba to finish out the day Melba.

All I can tell you is it will likely be late afternoon to early evening. There is no way to give a time estimate when we don’t know how long other blowouts are going to take. You are 19th on the route today.
Hello, you were in 83709 for a few days, did my house get skipped?
I am on mossywood dr in the Devonshire community
You weren’t “skipped.” We had more in the zip code than we could do in two days, so we will be back after we finish up Canyon county which generally takes about 3 days and then we start over again. Currently, we have about 108 in the the Boise 83709. Remember, we don’t do them in the order of sign-up, they are routed for speed and accuracy to make best use of our time.
