\n\tWow!  Yesterday was a disaster.  Probably the worst day I can recall in 20 years and 15,000+ sprinkler blowouts.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tI had 25 on my route for yesterday in the Boise 83709, but figured I wouldn't get to all of them because some were spread out a bit.  However, I didn't expect a day like yesterday.  I managed to actually DRIVE to 20 of my sprinkler blowout locations, but was only able to do 13 of them.  The remainder were either locked gates, inability to find sprinkler mains or valve boxes because they were not uncovered as they are supposed to be, etc.  I will try again today to reach those I missed yesterday and throw in some new ones.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tYep, either I will lose my mind, collapse in total exhaustion, or I will finally finish my list.  It may get a little easier now because I have stopped taking new requests.  I am still getting a dozen or more new ones each day, and it doesn't appear to be wanting to stop, so I made the very hard decision to stop them.  Last year, even after posting at the top of the form that I was no longer taking new requests, people most likely in desperation kept filling out the form anyway.  That won't happen now because I have completely removed the form.  I hate having to stop, because people obviously need to get it done, but if I didn't stop new requests it could go on into January.  Seen that happen before.  When I am finished with sprinkler blowouts vacation doesn't start.  I have several other repair jobs to tend to that will keep me busy at the minimum the end of December.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tRight now, depending on any cancellations that come in, I hope to be finished with all by the end of the day December 8.  This is based on getting at least 20 sprinkler blowouts completed in a day.  As I start the sweeps through the valley it will be harder to get 20 in a day because of travel time, but we will see what happens.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHere is today's route.  I have listed 23, but after what happened yesterday who knows if I will make it or not.  Even if I finish the 23 there are another 8 or 9 I think left to tend to when I make my final pass through the area.  #19 is not showing at the top of the map so I could fit as much as I could on the screen.  This is on Waverly.\n<\/p>\n
