It absolutely amazes me we still have a few here and there that do not send in a cancellation form, even after it is plainly visible in the last sentence of the confirmation email, has a big yellow cancellation button, posted in the terms of service that has to be agreed to before the form will send, etc.\u00a0\u00a0 And then have no clue where to go to see our daily updates which is also plainly explained on our site and in the terms of service.\u00a0I spend hours going over data putting routes together, trying to organize everyone in the most efficient manner, etc.\u00a0\u00a0 Oh, and then it is MY fault they didn’t send in there cancellation notice, I am running nothing but a scam, they are going to report me to the BBB, give us a bad review on Google, Yelp, Angie’s List, Facebook, and any other social media they can……..\u00a0 On a good note, most of the time those who did not send in their cancellation and we show up at their property take responsibility for the error, and are quite apologetic.\u00a0 All it takes are the few that think they did no wrong to mess up a perfectly good reputation.\u00a0\u00a0 I am all ears to anyone that might have suggestions to make it even more clear.\u00a0 I won’t post what some of our customers say to me in person regarding those who do not follow instructions, and choose to make our lives miserable, because this is a family site, and no foul language is permitted.<\/p>\n

Jesse finished up the sprinkler blowouts in Eagle yesterday as I started in the Boise 83709.\u00a0 Everything went quite smoothly except for one home on Egmont where the gate was locked and I couldn’t get access.\u00a0 With all that we have to do in the 83709, that one will have to wait awhile as we tend to others who have been waiting for quite some time.<\/p>\n

Justin will be working in the 83642 today as I continue in the 83709.\u00a0 Tuesday most likely will find both rigs in the 83709, and Wednesday we put one rig in each zip code, Thursday both rigs in the 83709, etc., until we get the list down in the 83709.\u00a0 Currently there are 111 in the 83709, and 81 in the 83642.\u00a0 We didn’t have as many in the 83709 as I thought we had, because there were several duplicate requests that were altered enough the system didn’t pick them out.\u00a0 In a few there were 3 requests for the same property.<\/p>\n
