Speaking of December, Today new requests for sprinkler blowouts go up to $50 for up to 6 zones.\u00a0 I was planning on taking down our form at the end of the day on December 2, but it depends on how sign-ups for today goes.\u00a0 I may just take it down tonight and change my auto-text when people call to “closed for the season.”\u00a0 I need a few days to recuperate before we start all the other work we already have lined up.\u00a0 I really want to be finished by December 6, but I hate leaving people behind if they need a blowout, so I keep the form up longer than I should.\u00a0 My wife tells me to quit trying to save the world one blowout at a time, because there comes a time when you just have to stop………..<\/p>\n
Jesse finished up our current list in the 83714, and I finished up our current list in Star and Middleton.\u00a0 We are moving at high speed to get all our blowouts completed by the end of the day on December 6.\u00a0 I believe we are currently down to 186 sprinkler blowouts remaining.<\/p>\n
Today I will be making a trip to Marsing, then swing through Caldwell, and on to the Nampa 83651.\u00a0 Jesse will be working in the Nampa 83686.\u00a0 It is unlikely that we will finish our routes tomorrow, so anything left over will be added to the Nampa 83687 for Sunday.\u00a0 Monday we will head to Kuna, and then Tuesday\u00a0 and Wednesday in Meridian, and Thursday our final sweep through the valley.\u00a0 At least that is the plan.\u00a0 Worst case scenario is we have to run a partial day on the 7th, but I hope not because I am tired.<\/p>\n
Even after blowouts are finished the work doesn’t stop.\u00a0 I have to chase down more than 125 unpaid invoices, some going as far back as mid October.\u00a0 A few of them I have already started lien paperwork on, but really hope it doesn’t come to that because it leaves a horrible mark on the credit history, and costs a lot more to remove than the cost of the work done.\u00a0 There are lien fees, filing fees, notary, certified mailing, interest and late charges on the original invoice, etc.\u00a0 Then it stays on your credit for 10 years even after being paid off I believe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
