No blowouts today except for my own since I finally have time to do it.\u00a0 This is the day we give thanks for what we have and help those who are in need.\u00a0 We have been very blessed each year in our business, and personal life.\u00a0 Although we have had our battles with some health issues, we are still breathing, which is a plus.\u00a0 Unfortunately, we have lost two dear friends this year, plus my father, and a cousin, and three long-time customers we have had, including one going back as far as 15 years, but we are grateful for the time we have had with them before they passed.\u00a0 Many of our customers become our friends after taking care of their repair needs for several years, and we hate to see them move away or pass away.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, since it is my only day off during sprinkler blowouts I have to audit and prepare reminders to over $4,000 in unpaid invoices.\u00a0 It is a pain in the neck to do, but a necessary part of doing business.\u00a0 I’m not really sure why people neglect to pay their invoices on time, especially for most that are only $30.\u00a0 Fortunately, we have never had to file a lien on a property, but have come close several times.\u00a0 Even to the point of filling out the paperwork but not actually having to record the lien.<\/p>\n
Just remember payments are due at the time of service, or if no one is home and you are invoiced, payment is due within 15 days to avoid the $5 late fee as agreed to in our terms of service.<\/p>\n
We will be back in Meridian 83646 tomorrow, and more will be posted on that late tonight.\u00a0 I was hoping we might close out the 83646 tomorrow, but it may take another half-day to do which if it does we will take care of them when we make our final sweeps through the valley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
