UPDATE: Jerry is out today with what appears to be food poisoning so his Meridian route won’t be happening today.\u00a0 At this time Jacob is out as well which means no Star run today.\u00a0 We will set these up again for tomorrow.\u00a0 We have plenty of time.\u00a0 If Jesse or Trevor get finished with their routes and have some time left I may put them on the Meridian and Star routes to at least lessen the load for tomorrow.\u00a0 Watch here for updates.<\/p>\n
Yesterday didn’t go well, but we still managed to get 41 blowouts completed.\u00a0 Jerry accidentally let the ‘Green Machine” run out of gas which for anyone who knows anything about diesel engines that is not a good thing.\u00a0 So the machine was down for the day while I got it running again and Jesse and Trevor picked up the slack.\u00a0 Still, there are only so many hours in a day, so they didn’t get as much done as hoped.<\/p>\n
On a bright note, we will have 4 machines running today, so hopefully, we can get 80 or so blowouts completed. Jesse will be running “Orange Julius” without a reel as he has done over the last three years.\u00a0 I am still in the process of getting him a working reel, but that has to be put on the back burner for a little while.<\/p>\n
My wife and I will be leaving for a funeral that we have to sing at for one of my wife’s aunts Wednesday afternoon in Pocatello and then return on Thursday evening.\u00a0 This will keep me from getting needed office work completed as well as working on Jesse’s reel, and some screens made that are on hold.\u00a0 The biggest setback is getting a route done for Thursday before we leave on Wednesday which will be difficult considering I struggle to get the routes done by midnight.\u00a0 I won’t be able to bring all the software I use in my office on my laptop, so I need to try and get it finished WAY early.<\/p>\n
