It’s was a long day yesterday that ended with a foul-mouthed customer giving me the riot act because he hadn’t heard from us regarding his blowout, hadn’t received a phone call to make an appointment, and on, and on, and on…….\u00a0 Sound familiar?\u00a0 Someone didn’t read the terms of service like they said they did…………<\/p>\n

Over the years I have developed a really good sense of people and I’m hardly ever wrong.\u00a0 I “hired” a guy on Tuesday to start Wednesday but told Jesse, “I don’t think he is going to be what we are looking for so teach him the ropes and let me know what you think”.\u00a0 The new guy quit after 2 hours and 29 minutes. I nailed that one but wanted to at least give him a chance.\u00a0 So, now we are back looking for another tech to run our newest machine.<\/p>\n

I couldn’t get out of the office yesterday to even work on that machine because I was bombarded with texts all day long again asking questions that have already been answered in our terms and on our site.\u00a0 I even created a FAQ page for this site to hopefully help with that.\u00a0 Just type FAQ in the search box.\u00a0 I will be updating the questions and answers frequently as time permits.<\/p>\n

Here is what my computer screen looks like all day long and why I can’t get any work done. This isn’t even my entire screen. As soon as I get rid of one another pops in its place so I call it Text Asteroids. (Blurred images for privacy.)<\/p>\n

I haven’t heard from Trevor, but I am assuming he will be back to work this morning.\u00a0 His route will be the same as yesterday.\u00a0 Here are the other two routes for the day.\u00a0 If they get them completed and we still have some time left I will tack on some other blowouts nearby.\u00a0 Plenty to choose from.<\/p>\n
