I still haven’t had time to work on the calendar because things keep coming up that require immediate handling.\u00a0 Yesterday was not without problems.\u00a0 Trevor hurt his knee about 8 blowouts in on his route and could barely walk so he went to the V.A. for treatment.\u00a0 I haven’t been updated on his condition. Trevor needed Tuesday off before he was injured, so we will only be running 3 rigs today.\u00a0 I am all for purchasing another machine, but finding help is quite difficult. One of our friends and competitors, David Meine of Sprinklers Blown out has sent all his Boise customers to us because he needed to downsize since he is also having difficulty finding help.<\/p>\n
We were in Eagle, Star, and Middleton yesterday.\u00a0 Eagle is never easy because of the size of some of the properties.\u00a0 It takes longer to get through Eagle than some of the other locations we serve. We are going to be back in Eagle, Star, and Middleton again today.\u00a0 This should clean up our current list in Star and Middleton, but we will still need another day in Eagle which we will schedule in the near future.<\/p>\n
We have a cold spell coming to the area, and it will likely pass and then warm up again like it usually does, so we are going to focus on customers with backflow preventers and exposed pumps for most of the week starting Wednesday.\u00a0 Anyone with pressurized irrigation will be fine during the quick cold spell.\u00a0 It takes until December most of the time for the ground to get cold enough at the depth of sprinkler piping.<\/p>\n
