I was a little late getting our routes into our reminder software last night. It seems a rash of customers don’t know where they live and put the wrong zip codes on their requests and I didn’t catch them until I started working on routing for the zip codes we will be in tomorrow.\u00a0 We can’t do our job efficiently if people don’t know where they live…… LOL<\/p>\n
The techs ran into some issues with some of the sprinkler systems yesterday and it threw off our day and our route.\u00a0 Most sprinkler systems are in really good shape but some of the others….. well, not so good.<\/p>\n
Keep an eye on our calendar, and watch for updates.\u00a0 I am only setting up a week at a time because we don’t know what is going to happen during the week, and I can already see some changes coming.\u00a0 You can also watch our stats page which shows out many blowouts we have in a particular zip code, how many have been completed, and what is left to do.\u00a0 We are quite transparent around here and like for customers to see how it all works and how we keep track.\u00a0 We watch the contained column so we can tell where we are falling short and need to get scheduled.\u00a0 I used to keep this info on the backend but thought some might be interested in seeing our daily progress.<\/p>\n
