Trevor Dukes is no longer working for us in any capacity.\u00a0 He quit about 10 minutes before he was about to be fired, so I guess that makes it a mutual split.\u00a0 The way he went about it was not cool, though.\u00a0 He pulled in front of a customer’s house and when the owner saw him drive up he opened up his gate and garage to get ready and Trevor just drove off with the customer literally chasing him down the street…….<\/p>\n
We removed all of Trevor’s credentials right away, but he never had access to our master list anyway.\u00a0 He only had access to the daily route worksheet which has been denied as well.<\/p>\n
We aren’t sure what happened to Trevor, because he was an excellent technician last year, but I think he has been affected from when he was shot in the face last December for those who remember…<\/p>\n
We wish him well wherever life takes him.<\/p>\n
That being said, we are now looking for another person we can train to finish blowouts this season which, based on the number of requests coming in each day will run to at least the day before Thanksgiving.\u00a0 Any blowouts we have to do after that can generally be done by one person which would be Jesse.\u00a0 The new technician would need a vehicle that can pull a compressor, a cell phone, (android preferred, but iPhones will work in a pinch), and obviously a valid license and good driving record.\u00a0 Compensation is $20 per hour plus all the overtime they want, and possible fuel allowance.\u00a0 (Technicians rarely travel more than 12 miles a day once they get to the beginning of their route) If you know of anyone just drop me a note here in the comments or text me at (208) 713-3170.<\/p>\n
Jerry will be the only one working today, and we are having him work the Boise 83703 and 83705 reaching only the customers that were missed on Trevor’s route on Friday. We will get back to the 83705 soon after we clean up some other areas, especially Meridian and the Boise 93709 which now contains half of our blowout list at the time of this writing. Depending on what we see in cancellations on his current route, Jerry might be able to get to some others in the 83705 but it would be without notice.\u00a0 Of course, everyone is reading this blog, right?<\/p>\n
