Jerry is the only one working today wanting overtime. He had already had 59 hours for this week before today.\u00a0 We make the weekends volunteer only.\u00a0 I remember the days when I was the only one doing blowouts (before we started getting 4,000 requests a year,) and I worked 7 days a week and did paperwork until the wee hours of the morning and then got up to do blowouts again.\u00a0 Usually about 4 hours of sleep per night for 7 weeks.\u00a0 Those days were tough.<\/p>\n
