Jesse will be training another tech today.\u00a0 This one is my nephew, Challis, so I am sure he will work out fine.\u00a0 After all, I have known him since he was born……<\/p>\n
We will only have two rigs out today, and unless Challis needs another day of training there will be 3 rigs out on Tuesday.\u00a0 (Vinny left us; he wants to do his route and not work on anyone else’s after he finishes his own.) We need team players willing to help each other out in a time of need. Fortunately, we only have 2-3 weeks left on blowouts.\u00a0 We may do some into December if the demand is there, but by then we won’t need all rigs out.\u00a0 Usually, one or two do the job by that point.<\/p>\n
Our ad is still running for another tech to get us through the next 2-3 weeks or so.\u00a0 We have had pretty good responses, but I believe some of them are just checking in to meet their unemployment requirements.<\/p>\n
The calendar at this point is not accurate.\u00a0 A LOT of changes need to be made.\u00a0 Mondays are usually crazy in the office, but I am going to try and get it properly updated today. We know it won’t stay that way, but if we received no more requests and no more cancellations we could finish our current list in 15 working days. Requests will slow some anyway once November 10 gets here and we raise our price by $10 for all new requests from that day on until the end of the month.\u00a0 The largest majority of people sign up well before our normal price increase day, which is best for them and for us. They are locked in at the early sign-up price.<\/p>\n
The routes for today are shorter than usual because we are trying to clean up those two areas.\u00a0 Once they finish their routes I can add some more from possibly the 83713 to finish out the day.\u00a0 It will be getting dark earlier now with the time change, so techs won’t get as much done as they have been getting. There will be no notifications for any stops after the routes are complete. Hopefully, we don’t run into any non-cancellations.\u00a0 We shouldn’t because once you no longer need service you cancel then. You don’t wait until someone lets you know they are coming…<\/p>\n
Keep in mind also that as the streets are listed, many times there is more than one on a particular street.<\/p>\n
