Happy Veterans Day to all my fellow veterans.\u00a0 I wish we could give our Marine vet Kelly the day off, but not during this time of year, unfortunately.\u00a0 I rarely take a day off, anyway.\u00a0 I will be sitting at my computer on Thanksgiving Day doing paperwork until it is time to start the festivities…<\/p>\n
I got overwhelmed today with 200 emails and 150+ texts so I ended up behind on everything. The time-consuming thing about the majority of the texts and emails? Questions being asked that have already been answered in our terms of service. I guess less than half of the customers who sign up actually read the terms.\u00a0 The rest just check the box and say they have read them. The sad thing is there is a section of the terms that share a link to how to protect your system from freezing temperatures while waiting for a blowout. The funny part about writing this is the only ones who actually check our blog are those that read the terms and know that is an option……<\/p>\n
Another reason I know people are reading the terms is we had FIVE non-cancellation invoices sent out today because the customers didn’t bother actually reading the boxes they check on the form.<\/p>\n
