Keep in mind that it is extremely important to cancel when you no longer need service. When you don’t, two things happen, we route as many people as we can fit in a day from our active list, and if you cancel when we send the notification, it costs another person to lose a spot in our route because of the one already filled by the blowout that is no longer needed.\u00a0 This means we can’t get to people as quickly as we would like. When you don’t cancel at all and we show up at your location it not only costs you money, it costs us money and time and could have spent that time going somewhere else that really needs us.\u00a0 Not to mention the fact that everyone agrees to cancel when they no longer need service, not the night before we are to be at the property.\u00a0 We aren’t required to send out a cancellation link in our notification. We do it as a courtesy because we know some just don’t pay attention…<\/p>\n
A special request from Kelly. (This is the polite thing to do anyway, but many don’t.) Clean your yards of the organic matter that is released from the south end of a northbound dog. Kelly got some of this matter on his shoes yesterday and didn’t realize it and then kneeled down to work on a system and his shoes transferred the matter to the back of his pants dead center to his south end…\u00a0 He was quite livid…<\/p>\n
This will be our last day out until Monday while everyone reflects on what they have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Any blowouts on the route today that for whatever reason cannot be completed will be back on the route on Monday, November 28.<\/p>\n
