I spent approximately 15 hours on the computer over the weekend getting stuff caught up, (still not, but never am this time of year). I managed to get the calendar worked on for at least a week or so, and also have our stats sheet up and running so customers can see how many blowouts we have in each zip code, how many are completed, and how many are left to do. This is updated in real-time as new requests are added and blowouts are completed. Our calendar is accurate for now but is subject to change at a moment’s notice. We don’t know how each day in the field is going to go. And, if we are going to be in the 83646, 83642, or 83709, for instance, just because we are working those particular zip codes doesn’t guarantee you will get service on that day. Those zip codes especially have more requests than we can do in one day. The best way to know is to watch for a text from us the night before and see if your street is on the daily route posted here.<\/p>\n
We hired another guy who will be starting today, which puts us in need of one more technician to get us through the season. We want to clear up as much of Canyon County as possible so we can shut it down sooner than later, and concentrate on the massive amount of blowouts we get in Ada County.\u00a0 In all the years we have been doing blowouts it didn’t matter whether it was 300 or around the 3,000 we do now, Meridian has always been a third of our blowouts. Not sure how that works out, but it is a given each year. So, once Canyon County is caught up, we will be spending a lot of time in Meridian and of course the other zip codes in Ada County and put Canyon County on the back burner at that time.<\/p>\n
