We have been getting a lot of cancellations which we get every year, but I decided to run some statistics yesterday while I had a few minutes and I found that 99% of all our cancellations so far this season have been from new customers. That tells us a lot. It shows that our repeat customers understand how from past experience they have nothing to worry about regarding their sprinkler blowout. While the new customers that canceled likely didn’t read our terms of service, or at the least don’t have faith we will get to them. Let me assure you we get to everyone on our list.<\/p>\n
