We are getting a LOT of texts from customers with Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL email accounts, wondering why we haven’t communicated with them. I am not happy that we are getting the riot act over the lack of communication when we have no control over crap email services. Some of those texts are not the fault of the email accounts as mentioned earlier, but the fault of people not paying attention. We work very hard to keep what amounts to over 3,500 sprinkler blowout requests per season organized, and all we ask is that you READ the terms that go with our sprinkler blowout form. Lots of information there. We were contacted by THREE customers on Sunday evening\/night who were clueless that we had a daily communication, and stats page, or that we contact them the night before we are to be at their property. We have also had to do 18 non-cancellation invoices because people just aren’t paying attention. Just think, actually READ the terms and save $30……… Thank goodness this season is almost over. LOL<\/p>\n
Speaking of almost over, my prediction is that we will be completely finished with all sprinkler blowouts in 7 business days. That would be November 29. As I stated in an earlier post, we may continue on into December for new signups that come in when we finish our current list. We raise our price again on December 1 for those who sign up on that date or later.<\/p>\n
As stated in an earlier post, we are playing cleanup this week on zip codes that we have closed or want to close for the season. By doing so it will free us up to concentrate on the remainder in Meridian and the Boise 83709 exclusively. There will be a few in the 83646 done today when the guys finish up their assigned routes, just to fill up space and take advantage of what daylight we have.<\/p>\n
