Between 3:00 and 4:00 PM yesterday, I received texts from three customers, all upset because “no one showed up to do their blowout.” I have to say, this kind of feedback drives me crazy and is quite aggravating. We’re working until dark nearly every night to complete all our jobs. This is especially challenging when the time changes and it gets dark earlier, but we will still need to continue working into the evening, often in the dark, to keep up with our schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our tech Alex will be visiting a friend in Caldwell over the weekend and wanted to pick up some overtime, so he will be taking care of our current list of Caldwell customers. There are only 21 total blowouts in Caldwell, so he might finish them all today, but if not, he will finish the route on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
