Now, back to business. The team completed their entire list yesterday without any issues. Anthony has finished his training and will start working independently on Monday. Jesse was impressed with Anthony’s quick learning and strong work ethic. It\u2019s great to have another rig ready to go, and we’re still looking to bring on two more technicians to finish the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael completed his route yesterday afternoon and will work again today. Brian and Justin have requested more overtime, so they’ll also work today. At this time of year, overtime is open as long as the technicians maintain a good pace. Since overtime is paid at time and a half, we want to ensure it’s only going to those who can deliver results efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a lot of bookkeeping and auditing to handle over the weekend, but I’ll do my best to update the calendar for next week, planning for four technicians to be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
