Yesterday brought unexpected challenges in the world of sprinkler blowouts. While I won\u2019t go into all the details, none of our techs could complete their routes. I’ve consolidated the unfinished routes into a new route, impacting today\u2019s plans. However, we\u2019ll get back on track with perseverance and hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our techs put in tremendous effort, working in all kinds of weather to reach our customers as quickly as possible. Yesterday, however, Jesse faced unacceptable treatment from three customers, which is incredibly frustrating. Jesse already has a lot on his plate with a demanding work schedule and a new baby due any day. I want to be clear: I will not tolerate anyone mistreating my team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our technicians deserve recognition for their hard work. While tips are always appreciated, a simple, kind word can make a significant difference. It’s disheartening when customers vent their frustrations on our technicians\u2014mainly when those frustrations result from their oversights. To avoid a non-cancellation invoice, please cancel your appointment before our arrival. It’s that simple. Remember to direct any concerns toward your situation, not toward our technicians.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthony’s route seems long, and it is. Once Jesse & his trainee, Jeff, complete some large properties in Eagle, they will assist on Anthony’s route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
