Our technicians have faced some extreme and unacceptable situations\u2014having guns pulled on them, being threatened with dogs, followed to their vehicles with threats and pounding on windows, complaints to the Attorney General that go nowhere, and even dealing with baseless accusations on social media claiming we\u2019re running a scam. Thankfully, administrators on these platforms, who have known us for years, have stepped in to remove such false complaints. We\u2019ve also been threatened with lawsuits for trespassing and, on occasion, had the police called on us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s incredibly frustrating that some people don\u2019t pay attention to what they\u2019ve agreed to, especially after receiving clear texts and emails about our services. Our technicians have done nothing wrong; they are simply doing the job that our customers have requested they do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
