Right now, we need to fill two positions immediately, and a few more once the other machines are ready to roll.

The first day we manage to get all six rigs out at once, I’ll probably have a stroke from the excitement — but what a way to go. Our long-term goal is to acquire up to ten machines and then stop there, regardless of how much we grow. Ten rigs should be able to handle around 8,000 blowouts a season, which sounds excellent on paper… if we can find enough qualified people to run them. Seems like that part gets tougher every year.

At some point within the next five to ten years, we may consider selling the entire operation so I can actually retire — assuming we can find a buyer for 12,000+ customers and a small army’s worth of equipment. Maybe then I’ll finally try this thing people keep talking about called “relaxing.”

This kicks off our second week of the season, which means it’s Avimor, Dry Creek, and Hidden Springs day. We always try to get as many people on board as possible to cut down on return trips — but somehow, it never quite works out that way. Once we finish the current list in the area, more requests will roll in. Happens every year, like clockwork. We generally work in Garden City as well to finish off the day if there is time.

Here are our routes for today:

Joe With “Blowzilla” in Avimor, Dry Creek, Hidden Springs, and Garden City

North Glenisla Avenue
North Streams Edge Place
West White Hills Drive
North Streams Edge Way
North Vantage Place
West Brooks Drive
West Sparks Lake Drive
North Seamans Gulch Road
North Shafer Way
North Schicks Ridge Road
West Barnview Drive
North 19th Avenue
North 20th Way
West Hidden Springs Drive
West Deerpath Drive
North Peppermill Way
North Fairfax Avenue
North Misty Cove Avenue
Rooney Avenue
North Dodgin Avenue
West Shields Avenue

Ben With “Leroy” in Boise 83709

South Linda Vista Avenue
South Magic Mill Place
West Harvester Drive
Denell Way
West Carolina Drive
West Antietam Court
South Chieftain Way
South Monitor Avenue
South Coronado Way
Whisper Cove Way
Alejandro Street
West Sandhurst Drive
West Red Maple Drive
West Red Maple Court
South Tennyson Way
West Camas Drive
West Norristown Street
West Braddock Drive
South Winthrop Place

We’ve had some promising leads on potential new techs to replace the ones who just couldn’t cut it.
