Sprinkler Blowouts For Friday, October 13, 2023

We interviewed a guy today for the sprinkler blowout technician position, and he will be a really good fit. We are still working on a start date for him, and we are excited to have him aboard. We still have need of one more technician.

Most of the areas in the valley have shut down irrigation, so we will be incorporating all areas into our routes beginning on Monday.

If you no longer need service, you HAVE to cancel or you will be charged if we come to your property. We had to invoice for our second non-cancellation of the season yesterday, and the circumstances around it are nothing more than stupid. We sent out a notice that we would be at a particular location in the 83713, and then the following morning we sent out another notice after the brothers had quit that we would postpone their place until the next day. That evening we sent out another text that we would be there the following day, and this particular person STILL didn’t cancel, and now they have been charged. Three warnings…….. The charge could have easily been avoided. We aren’t obligated to give a cancellation link in our text reminders. We do it to give people one last opportunity to cancel to save us time and their money.
