Sprinkler blowouts went fairly well yesterday. I had allocated a partial day on the 18th to finish the Boise 83713, but I may be able to get them all today. If so, I will be starting Eagle the morning of the 18th.
Being able to find valve boxes quickly when a timer isn't available is quite important. Obviously, we can't blow out the sprinklers if we don't know where they are. If there is more than one box containing valves, and we can only find one, we will not do the sprinkler blowout until it is located by the homeowner, or we have timer access. We have see valve boxes marked with sprinkler flags, sticks in the ground, even target arrows, but the one below really hit the funnybone. The only thing that would be better would be neon flashing lights.
I didn't leave empty handed either. Along with cash for the sprinkler blowout I received a small bag of Reeces Peanut Butter Cups. That made my day.
Below is where we can be found today. We will start at Buckboard Place and work our way down. Any we do not finish will be taken care of Wednesday morning. Click on the image to enlarge.
