I finished up my current list in the Caldwell 83605, and all but one in Star that I couldn't get to because of a locked gate. Guess they will have to wait until I pass through again.
No sprinkler blowouts today as I spend some quality time with my wife for her birthday since she gets neglected this time of year. Sprinkler blowouts will resume in the Caldwell 83607 area on Novembe 10.
The temperature is going to rise again for awhile both day and night which is a good thing. I took a picture of the in-ground temperature the other night when it was 26 degrees outside, and the ground temperature 6" down was 45 degrees. Obviously quite a bit above freezing. I expect the ground temperature to rise again in the next few days. It honestly doesn't get to freezing 6' down or more until January, usually, and that is if we actually get some cold weather by then. That is why I have been able to blow out sprinklers in December at 13 degrees outside with snow on the ground………

November 10 is also the date we raise our prices for any new requests that come in to $40. Next rate hike will be December 1 to $50.
I will post the route for Caldwell at midnight on the 10th.
