I have an interesting story to tell you today, and any comments would be awesome…..
My son Jacob, who pulls “Leroy” stopped at a home in Kuna yesterday and was told at the door they no longer needed service. This is fine, except the customer did not cancel through our cancellation form as he agreed to do when he signed up. So, an invoice was sent out by our office manager within 10 minutes of the stop. Yesterday evening I received a LONG email as to why this customer wasn’t going to pay the non-cancellation fee. I wrote back with the usual; that he agreed to cancel with our cancellation form, that he was sent an email and a text the night before, and an explanation of our policies. I then prepared a print screen of the email and text he was sent as a reminder the night before and then came the very STRANGE part….. He answered the auto-text regarding his sprinkler blowout with instructions about doing the job. If ya’ll have some insight on how in the WORLD this could be, I would love to hear it.
