Sprinkler Start-Ups For Thursday, May 6, 2021

The funeral in Oregon I watched on Zoom of Jacob’s grandfather started around 11:30 a.m. our time, and went pretty long so I didn’t get out of my office until 2 p.m.  I was able to take care of 4 of the start-ups I had in Caldwell but still have 6 to go.  I would have gotten further down my list except for one property that I had to replace 7 rotators and a pop-up sprinkler where most of them were stuck in roots.  That was a 2-hour job.

I will get a much earlier start today and should be able to finish Caldwell and start in Nampa.  I do have a backflow to repair and test in Boise, but that won’t take me longer than 20 minutes for the repair and test. Where in Nampa I will be going I don’t know at the moment, so I haven’t contacted anyone.  We currently have 18 in all of Nampa, and 11 of them are for a property management company.  I will likely group the ones in Nampa that are the closest together to save drive time which will give me more time to work on the sprinklers.

Jacob is supposed to be back tonight, which is awesome since we have a full schedule of repairs on Friday. There is a possibility Jacob and I will be working this Saturday since he is missing out on some hours this week because of the funeral.  He has been getting overtime every week since we started.
