Bruno had to leave a little earlier yesterday than usual to go to parent-teacher conferences for his son, and Jesse just ran out of daylight, so some didn’t get completed in the 83705 and 83646. No worries, though. Even with the temperature changes we have several weeks before the freeze levels get down to where most sprinkler piping is located. It takes all night for the temperatures to drop to freezing levels, and then when the sun comes out it warms right back up again. The nighttime temperatures will be higher next week. For those with PVBs above ground, besides following the winterization instructions we have shared, a simple trick is to put a bucket over the top of the PVB and it will keep for several days.
Everyone will be working in Eagle today. (Hi Doug) Bruno will be in Eagle on Saturday, and we will likely have a few in Eagle on Monday as well.
I have more I want to bring up, but my head is spinning now from being exhausted. I remember a time when this used to be easier. Back when I did the work in the field and came back and did even more in the office to prepare for the next day.
