I figured out something yesterday. Not only are 99 percent of our cancellations from new customers, but about 90 percent have either a Yahoo or Hotmail email address. Since both of those email providers suck, I can guarantee that they aren’t getting our emails, and think no one has contacted them. Only the ones who read our terms know what is going on. There was a customer the other day who read me the riot act for not keeping in contact with him when we were following our terms to a “Tee.” He eventually canceled when he discovered the error of his ways but didn’t bother apologizing for his error. Oh well……..
It got too late last night to finish up all I needed, so if anyone is keeping tabs on our stats page I haven’t updated all the stops in the 83646 yesterday. I will balance them out this morning and update the stats on the zip code.
