Sprinkler Blowouts For Saturday, October 15, 2022

Well, yesterday didn’t go as planned.  I had full intention to finish up our current list in Boise 83713 but Jerry decided to call in sick so we still have more to do in the 83713.  I had intended for Trevor to be in the 83713 on Saturday anyway with Jerry in Nampa, but I am going to have both of them in the 83713 today providing Jerry shows up.  If he doesn’t the defecation is going to hit the oscillation……

I have decided to put Canyon county on the calendar in another week because they are mostly irrigation, which will keep fine if the temperature drops before then.  We have plenty of city systems with backflow preventers in Boise that we would like to get done before the weather turns. In the past several years we made it to Canyon county closer to the end of the month.

On another note, It really makes me angry when someone decides to leave us a bad review because they decided to either not read, not pay attention, or feel the terms of service they agreed to when they signed up for services don’t apply to them. 99% of our customers rave about our services but do not leave reviews at all.  Go figure……

Here are the routes for today:

Boise 83713 – Trevor with “Purple Rain” starting at the top, and Jerry with “Orange Julius” starting at the bottom and working up.  If there is time left I will add some others in from a different zip code.

When do you think you will be doing the 83646 area ?

Several times over the next several weeks. Meridian 83646 and 83642 combined make up one-third of our total blowouts each year

Well this is very frustrating ! You say you are having trouble with your text, but you are not responding to your emails either. I hate to at this late date now have to try and find some responsible company to come out and blow out my sprinklers. I am canceling with your company as of today ! And hope I am able to find a company that I can speak with and that will get the job done ! Pat

We get 200 emails a day, Patricia. I can’t get to them all at once, and I CAN receive texts, and I CAN respond as long as I attach an image with the text.

    Hi,
I just read about your tech & equipment issues and how it’s affected your schedule. Sorry to hear that, and hopefully you’ve not made it yet to Meridian (83646) and I’ve not missed you? Will you still be coming they Meridian soon?
    Thanks
    Kevin

Okay thanks, Are you working tomorrow? If Mon-Thurs, I work in the AM so afternoons, please. My wife is mobility compromised so she can’t aid the tech with finding the necessary valves etc..

Hi Steve! I’ve been trying to text and call you. I’m in 83713 and did not have a visit yesterday. I did get a text from you saying I was on the list for yesterday, but no one came. Do I need to submit another request?

As you have seen by our blog post, I am unable to text, and we just don’t answer the phone during sprinkler blowout season. No time for phone calls. Our phone rings 3-5 per minute all day long during blowouts.

We went to your house and were unable to do the blowout. The note from the technician states, “Can’t get to shutoff, flooded + potentially buried in mud; unable to get the key on the valve. Will make another attempt the next time through the zip code.”
