It’s was a long day yesterday that ended with a foul-mouthed customer giving me the riot act because he hadn’t heard from us regarding his blowout, hadn’t received a phone call to make an appointment, and on, and on, and on……. Sound familiar? Someone didn’t read the terms of service like they said they did…………
Over the years I have developed a really good sense of people and I’m hardly ever wrong. I “hired” a guy on Tuesday to start Wednesday but told Jesse, “I don’t think he is going to be what we are looking for so teach him the ropes and let me know what you think”. The new guy quit after 2 hours and 29 minutes. I nailed that one but wanted to at least give him a chance. So, now we are back looking for another tech to run our newest machine.
I couldn’t get out of the office yesterday to even work on that machine because I was bombarded with texts all day long again asking questions that have already been answered in our terms and on our site. I even created a FAQ page for this site to hopefully help with that. Just type FAQ in the search box. I will be updating the questions and answers frequently as time permits.

I haven’t heard from Trevor, but I am assuming he will be back to work this morning. His route will be the same as yesterday. Here are the other two routes for the day. If they get them completed and we still have some time left I will tack on some other blowouts nearby. Plenty to choose from.

If I received a text for a blowout the next day but nobody ever stopped in, do I need to submit another request for blowout?
No need to submit another request. We ran out of time that day so will get to you on our next pass which shouldn’t be too long. We are concentrating in Meridian for a while until we get it a little more under control.

We should be back in Star for our second pass the first week of November. If we don’t have a new tech by next week I will have to go out and run the machine
