I finished up the remaining I had on my route in the Boise 83706 yesterday, and then found that another one came in some time during the day. Unfortunately it will be awhile before I run through the area again, although after the first run through all zip code areas it gets much faster the next time around.
I had a customer tell me the other day that he looked in his records and found that the very first time I did a sprinkler blowout on his property was 1999. Man, does time fly. One I did today I have done so for so long that I have seen 4 different owners in the house……….
Today and tomorrow I will be working part of the Meridian 83642. Most of these homes on the route today are on city water as I continue to try to clear as much city, well, and pump systems off my list that I can before heading to irrigation. Ground is still quite warm, so we are in really good shape. I tested the ground temperature 6 inches down yesterday morning and came up with 64 degrees. These warm days are helping keep the ground temperature warm even with chilly nights. With the two days in the 83642 I will have covered about 40% of the current list, but will be concentrating more on both sides of Meridian pretty heavily once I complete my first round through Kuna, Middleton, Star, and Canyon County,
